Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties or taxes may apply upon delivery. We do not currently offer pre-paid duties; any applicable charges are the responsibility of the customer.

In-store pickup is available at the ROCĆO Studio showroom — Rua do Outeiro 1B, 4050-452 Porto — typically ready within 1–2 business days, and in some cases the same day.

Exchanges or returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for items in original condition.
