Returns & Exchanges
Online Purchases
We want you to love your ROCĆO purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 14 days of delivery.
Please note:
- Returns must be confirmed by email within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Unconfirmed returns or returns received after the 14-day window will not be eligible for a refund.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be in new, unused condition, with tags and original seal attached.
- Be returned in the original ROCĆO packaging, including any fabric bags provided.
- Include the original packing slip.
We cannot process refunds if:
- The fabric bag is missing.
- The packing slip is not included.
- The item is worn, washed, damaged, or missing tags/seals.
How to Return Your Order
- Email us at hello@theroccostudio.com within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return.
- Carefully place the item(s) in the original shipping box with the fabric bag and all tags attached.
- Include your packing slip inside the box.
- Seal the package securely and use a trackable shipping service.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If you're returning from outside the EU, you're responsible for customs duties and ensuring the package reaches us. We do not cover customs charges.
Exchanges
We understand you may want a different size, color, or style.
- Exchanges for online purchases can only be made in person at one of our boutiques.
- Due to the limited nature of our collections, we cannot guarantee that your desired item will be available.
- If you prefer not to visit a boutique or you're located outside the area, place a new order at www.theroccostudio.com and request a return for your original purchase.
Please note:
We cannot process exchanges for international orders. Please return the original item and place a new order.
In-Store Purchases
For items purchased in our boutique:
- Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase, with the original receipt.
- Items must be in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
- You may choose a refund, exchange, or credit note (via digital gift card*).
Note:
- Earrings and sale items are non-returnable.
- Boutique purchases must be returned in-store and cannot be returned online.
- Online orders can be returned in-store within 14 days for refund, exchange, or store credit.
*Gift cards are valid for 1 year.
Sale Items & Final Sale
- Sale items are refundable at the sale price.
- Items marked Final Sale (including those purchased with code FINAL10) cannot be returned or exchanged.
- End-of-season sale items are also final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
