Shipping Information

We are a European independent brand based in Porto, Portugal. Every order is carefully prepared and hand-packaged by our small team to ensure it arrives in the best possible condition.

Order Processing & Dispatch

If your item is in stock, we aim to dispatch your order within 2 business days of purchase via our logistics partner BATCH LOGISTICS.

Please note that during special releases, promotional periods, holidays, or peak seasons, dispatch times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your understanding during these busy times.

Delivery Partners

Depending on your delivery location, your order will be shipped with one of the following carriers:

  • BATCH – Porto & Lisbon

  • CTT Expresso – Portugal & Spain

  • BATCH – All other countries

Carrier selection is made to ensure the most reliable and efficient delivery for your region.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an automatic confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow a few hours for the tracking information to become active in the carrier’s system.

Shipping Costs & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, carrier performance, and external factors beyond our control, particularly during peak seasons.

In rare cases where an order is considered oversized, an additional shipping fee may apply. If this occurs, we will contact you promptly before proceeding.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

For non-EU shipments, customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees may be charged upon delivery.

  • These charges are not included in your order total.

  • We currently do not offer pre-paid duties.

  • Any applicable customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Customs policies vary by country, and we recommend contacting your local customs office for accurate information prior to placing your order.

Orders are shipped under Incoterms DAP (Delivered at Place), meaning that while we arrange delivery to your address, the recipient is responsible for any local duties or taxes.

Refusal to pay required customs charges may result in the return or cancellation of your order. In such cases, shipping costs and any return or handling fees may be deducted from the refunded amount.
